Welcome to Gillhambrook Labradors. My name is Maria, and together with my husband John we own and run our Labrador breeding interest from our family home on the Kent/Sussex border. We take pride in our core values of responsible ethical breeding, which aims to preserve the Labrador breed. We are both passionate about breeding fantastic healthy family dogs with excellent temperaments. Our bitches are from working and showing pedigree lines. They have impeccable biddable natures along with excellent conformation and superb health. Our puppies are sold with over 40 years combined experience, love and knowledge drawn from both our family generations. Together with a long and successful career in the Veterinary Profession. Because our bitches are such special family members we only use stud dogs that are known to be sound in health and temperament, who are also special to their owners. So whether they are swimming in the lakes near to our home, running in the fields or lounging around by the fire we know are bitches are happy, healthy and that gives us great pleasure.

All our litters never leave us until they are at least 8 weeks old. A high proportion of the puppies are reserved before they are born. Nevertheless we encourage all interested people to view the pups in their home environment with their siblings and mother at around 4 weeks. We place huge importance on maximizing windows of socialization our puppies, in order to give them and their forever owners the best start possible.
