Free Dog Listings

We provide dog walking, home boarding and pet services. We are a fully insured and licensed home boarding establishment, so we can board your dog whilst you are away as well as offering a regular walking service. The Barkley is your dog's home away from home. The Barkley provides professional and loving care whilst you are away, so your pet can enjoy the holidays too! We can look after your dog whilst you are at work too, so they get the attention they need and you can return home from work to a calm and exercised dog! We are located in Upper Caldecote, near Biggleswade, where we provide a calm and happy environment for your four-legged friends. We only accept fully vaccinated dogs, who we have met beforehand. We like to keep numbers small so we can give the attention they deserve! The Barkley has a spacious half-acre secure yard and garden, with plenty of space to relax, play and socialise. We work in the Biggleswade, Potton, Sandy, Shefford areas and surroundings, but we can do further a field if needed. Our walks are varied, giving dogs the opportunity to interact with other dogs and get the mental stimulation and exercise they need to be happy dogs, and to be the best dogs they can be. Pierre Sanan grew up in South Africa with various terriers and dogs rescued from local townships. His best doggie friend was an English Bull Terrier called Buddy, and he has over twenty years of looking after dogs. Pierre lives with his wife, Luci who grew up with Border Collies, doing agility. Luci and Pierre have two rescue dogs of their own, Cav' and Harley who love to meet new friends. Luci is a TV Executive and loves coming home to the dog house! Luci studies Canine Behaviour and Psychology in her spare time, and likes to go running with our jack russell Cav' (who has beaten Luci in several half marathons!)
