We approached Nikki after our dog started suffering with speciation anxiety.
We completed a questionnaire where we were advised Nikki would pick and choose who she worked with and that she offered a money back guarantee.
She visited us and we went for a walk but didn't put him in a situation where he needs training.
We had phone calls that were more chit chats and training.
When I contact Nikki to advise the training wasn't working and what we were promised and paid a lot of money for, I wanted my money back as per the guarantee, which nikki also agree my dog wasn't improving.
Nikki also advise me not to take my dog to the vet when he had a huge blood lump in his mouth. She wanted to treat it naturally which I was of course open to, once it had been cleared by my vet. Turned out.my dog had cancer!
Nikki went absolutely crazy! She was swearing at me. Throwing abuse at me. She hung up on me. I only polity advise the training wasn't working out and I&#
